MAZ Kupava Thanks IBA
IBA received a letter of thanks from the automobile trailers and bodies plant MAZ–Kupava. The sender thanked IBA for technical support of the Windchill–based PDM/PLM system that IBA had implemented for this customer.
Beginning 2008, IBA carried out the following stages of the project:
- Installation and customization of Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill at each workstation
- Development of an identification system of normative and reference data
- Development and tuning of business processes designed to add new elements, namely libraries of acquired goods and materials
- Customization of a business process to approve design documentation
- Customization of templates for the creation of new goods and libraries
- Creation and customization of the library of acquired goods
- Creation and customization of the library of materials
- Creation and customization of the library of prototypes of components and parts
- Creation and customization of the library of reference information
- Training of Pro/ENGINEER and Windchill users.
In his letter, Pavel Sergeev, Acting Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of MAZ–Kupava, said: “IBA provided technical support in a timely manner and in full accordance with the contract terms. The IBA specialists proved their high qualification, competence, creativity, and patience. MAZ–Kupava is planning to continue mutually beneficial cooperation with IBA.”
